Delivery Policy
At Petit Vadrouilleur, we do everything possible to offer a transparent, reliable, and regulation-compliant delivery service. Below you will find all information regarding delivery times, fees, delivery methods, and responsibilities.
ARTICLE 1 – ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed within a preparation period of up to 2 business days.
Shipments are primarily handled by the following carriers: La Poste Colissimo, Amazon Shipping, Cainiao, and CIRRO (non-exhaustive list).
Once the order is shipped, an email containing a tracking number is sent to the customer to track the package's journey.
ARTICLE 2 – DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery times indicated below are average estimates from the date of order shipment:

Metropolitan France: 5 to 12 business days

French Overseas Departments and Territories: 7 to 20 business days (depending on destination and customs formalities)

European Union: 5 to 12 business days
-
Canada, United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland: 8 to 15 business days
These times are in addition to the order processing time (up to 2 business days).
During peak periods (holidays, sales, promotional operations), processing and delivery times may be extended.
In accordance with Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code, Petit Vadrouilleur undertakes to deliver products no later than a maximum legal period of 30 calendar days from the order confirmation.
ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
In accordance with Article L216-4 of the Consumer Code, Petit Vadrouilleur remains responsible for the proper execution of the delivery until the actual handover of the package to the customer.
In the event of excessive delay, loss, or proven anomaly, an appropriate solution will be offered to the customer, including, as applicable, a new shipment or a refund.
ARTICLE 4 – INELIGIBLE DELIVERY ADDRESSES
For logistical and security reasons, deliveries cannot be made to the following addresses:

Hotels, shelters, poste restante addresses
-
PO boxes
-
Non-fixed addresses (campsites, caravans, mobile homes, temporary housing)
-
Collective places without an individualized permanent address
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY FEES
For deliveries in France, Belgium, and Luxembourg:
-
Orders under €55: delivery fee of €4.90
-
Orders equal to or over €55: free delivery
Applicable fees are clearly indicated to the customer before order confirmation.
Petit Vadrouilleur reserves the right to modify delivery rates. These modifications apply only to orders placed after their update and do not affect orders already confirmed.
For deliveries outside the European Union or in certain specific areas, customs duties or local taxes may be required by the authorities of the destination country. These fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
For international deliveries, applicable delivery fees are automatically calculated and displayed to the customer before order confirmation, based on the destination and selected shipping method.
ARTICLE 6 – ACCURACY OF DELIVERY ADDRESSES
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering (name, address, postal code, city, country).
Any request for modification must be made promptly to customer service and can only be taken into account if the order has not yet been processed.
Petit Vadrouilleur cannot be held responsible in case of an incorrect address provided by the customer leading to an inability to deliver.
ARTICLE 7 – UNCLAIMED, REFUSED, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
A package not collected from a relay point or refused by the customer is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
If the package is returned to the sender, the customer may choose between:
-
reshipment at their expense
-
or a refund to the original payment method, after receipt of the package.
No reshipment or refund can be made until the package has been received by Petit Vadrouilleur.
ARTICLE 8 – RECEIPT AND VERIFICATION OF THE PACKAGE
Upon receipt of the package, it is recommended that the customer check the condition of the packaging and products.
In case of a damaged package, missing or non-conforming product, the customer is invited to:
-
make reservations with the carrier when possible
-
and contact customer service as soon as possible
This step facilitates the processing of the case and does not affect the consumer's legal rights.
ARTICLE 9 – PACKAGE LOSS
In case of suspected loss, an investigation can be opened with the carrier, which may last up to 21 business days.
If the loss is confirmed at the end of this investigation, the customer may choose between:
-
a new shipment of the product
-
or a full refund to the original payment method
ARTICLE 10 – STOCKOUTS AND PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY
In the event of exceptional product unavailability after order confirmation, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
In this situation, Petit Vadrouilleur will offer the customer:
-
either an equivalent product or one with similar characteristics and quality,
-
or a refund in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months on the Petit Vadrouilleur store.
- or a full refund of the unavailable item to the original payment method.
The customer remains entirely free to accept or refuse the proposed solution.
ARTICLE 11 – MULTI-PACKAGE DELIVERIES
Petit Vadrouilleur works with several suppliers, so an order comprising several items may be subject to several separate shipments, at no additional cost to the customer.
ARTICLE 12 – ORDER TRACKING
A tracking link is sent by email as soon as the order is shipped. This link allows real-time tracking of the package's journey.

To offer competitive prices while guaranteeing quality items, Petit Vadrouilleur collaborates with international suppliers, particularly those based in Asia. As products are shipped from abroad, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistical or customs procedures.
